Ryan Hoey's Summer Sundays dvd from 2007 came with two Mike Jonas stickers. One went with the dvd when it sold; the other is included in this set.
The Russ stickers date to the time of Sprfls I think, but I don't recall how I came to possess them. I have a bunch, so they're also available for individual purchase.
